Tabletops will be placed around the perimeter of the ballroom and attendees will be able to access and visit the tables throughout the event, including breaks, and during breakfasts each day. Tables do not need to be manned; however, exhibitors will be responsible for ensuring their tables are stocked with literature/giveaways, etc. Companies are limited to one table with the exception of Platinum sponsors who will receive two.
